More UMB Team Power: ngworx and alphaTrust.ch Are Now Called UMB.
Cham, July 1, 2022 – The integration of ngworx and alphaTrust.ch has been completed on schedule. Thus, the merger of the BKW Building Solutions IT companies under the UMB brand is on track. The next step will be the integration of swisspro Solutions. As of January 1, 2023, UMB as a unified brand will employ approximately 800 colleagues. Teams and facilities will be bolstered in Basel, Bern, Biel, Chur, Frauenfeld, Geneva, Renens, Sion, Solothurn, St. Gallen, Volketswil, Urdorf, Zurich and Ticino, resulting in UMB being represented at 14 locations in Switzerland as well as in Madrid, Spain.

The successful integration of ngworx in Zurich and alphaTrust.ch in Luterbach strengthens the areas of networking, communication & collaboration and establishes new strategic services.
