The countdown is on. On January 13, UMB will ignite another stage and continue its successful corporate mission. You may look forward to a rebranding. One thing has already been revealed: Time will play a major role in this.
However, not everything will be new. Our 2019 customer satisfaction survey has produced the best results in recent years and shows that we are well on our way. This will compel us even more to improve our services in the future and to always ask ourselves how we can exceed your expectations. Part of this is a new, attractive, and strong appearance of the UMB brand.
We will be available for you until December 24 at 12 p.m., from December 27 until 4 p.m. on December 31, and then again from January 3, 2020 at our regular hours.
