The internationally renowned Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) has named UMB the best Swiss employer five times in a row, and since last year we are the best employer in Europe. This success sets us apart from any other company. UMB is exceptional and now GPTW has confirmed that our training of young talents is also outstanding.
Sensational trust index among trainees
Great Place to Work Switzerland evaluates companies' efforts on behalf of apprentices through a detailed apprenticeship report. Additionally, trainees provide anonymous feedback through surveys. These results contribute to the trust index, which assesses the quality of training and the company's culture.
