Chatbot Talk with Sophie, Sponsored by UMB

UMB is a proud supporter of the first German-language chatbot podcast "Chatbot Talk with Sophie". In it, every two weeks Sophie Hundertmark presents exciting use cases and expert opinions on the topics of chatbots and conversational business.

Have you always wanted to know what a chatbot actually does or are you even thinking about introducing conversational business in your company? If so, you should definitely listen to the podcast "Chatbot Talk with Sophie" by Sophie Hundertmark. In her podcast, the chatbot expert not only talks with other specialists, she also regularly chats with people who share their experiences in using chatbots. Digital officers and project managers from a wide range of industries thus provide valuable insights into how a chatbot can be integrated into a company, what processes are particularly suitable for automation by a chatbot, and what you wish you had known beforehand.
