UMB invests continually in their team. In 2016, UMB Academy conducted 44 courses with more than 300 participants. Our academy was an important factor in the multiple awards UMB received as best employer in Switzerland as well as best company in Europe.
Technical knowledge in the ITC industry goes stale very quickly. Know-how and mindset of our UMB colleagues determines whether we are able to surpass the expectations of our clients. Whether it is IBM, Hitachi, NetApp, Cisco, Citrix, Microsoft, RedHat, VMware, Commvault, or Camunda, we regularly conduct training courses at our own UMB Academy with regard to our portfolio of strategic Leading Edge Partners.

However, UMB provides far more than just technical know-how. Behind every service for our clients or partners stands a person. That’s why we continually offer training courses on subjects such as personal development (communication, presentation technique, rhetoric, etc.), languages, and employee health.
