Terms and Conditions

Participation via QR code only. (This will take you to a secure website to address phishing concerns.)
The contest is open to residents of Switzerland who are 18 years or older.
The contest is only open during the opening hours of the Swiss IT Forum 2024 (September 25 - 26, 2024). Participation via other channels is excluded.
Employees of UMB AG or other BKW Group companies are not eligible to participate.
Multiple entries are not possible.
The organizer is not responsible for technical issues that may affect participation, such as network or software errors.
The winner will be notified directly by UMB AG. Legal recourse shall be excluded.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
No correspondence regarding the competition will be entered into.
Closing date for entries is September 26, 7 p.m. Late entries will not be considered.
Entrants' personal data will be collected, processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The rights of those concerned will be respected. Further information can be found in the Data Protection Regulations.
UMB reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as attempted manipulation or other unforeseen events.
