ngworx is now part of UMB AG. The name is changing and the range of services is being greatly expanded. You may look forward to additional services from our 800 colleagues all over Switzerland, for the advancement of your company.
ngworx was acquired by BKW Building Solutions AG in June 2021. At the end of 2021, the well-known Swiss IT service provider UMB AG from Cham joined BKW Building Solutions AG. ngworx is now being merged into UMB AG in an ongoing process and will be called UMB AG as of July 1, 2022.
Johannes Resch, Christian Lehmann and his whole team would like to thank you for the many years of successful cooperation. The ngworx/UMB team looks forward to continuing to serve you with holistic and sustainable IT solutions in the future.
What it means for existing customers.
The ngworx team will continue to serve you from the current location in Zurich Oerlikon under the name of UMB AG as of July 1, 2022. The current contracts and conditions will be taken over by UMB AG and will only be changed if necessary. Possible adjustments will be communicated early and proactively by us.
We will continue to support you in every phase and deliver end-to-end network infrastructure solutions. The existing service, technology, and partner portfolio remains in place. As a customer, you will benefit from holistic 360-degree IT solutions and a team of over 800 experts throughout Switzerland.
