In 1962, the first wine cellar was opened in Zurich. It also was the first cash-and-carry wine shop, which was quite revolutionary at the time. Today, the name Mövenpick stands for top wines, delicacies, and a good price-performance ratio. The wines are increasingly sold via online channels, and over the last few years the importance of IT has increased considerably.  .
